Andre is the President and CEO of Boyd Consultant, LLC, a forward-thinking marketing and public relations firm. With a passion for creativity and strategic innovation, he collaborates closely with clients to elevate their marketing efforts beyond traditional approaches, transforming them into vital elements of their business success. In addition to his professional role, Andre is also the district governor nominee for District 6940, where he is committed to making a positive impact in his community.

Angela Rickman serves as the ARPIC (Area Representative for Public Information and Communications) for Zones 30/31, where she plays a key role in managing communication and outreach efforts across the region. In addition, she serves as the Secretary for the Ponca City Trailblazers, contributing to the organization's operations and helping coordinate activities and events. Angela's expertise in public information and organizational support makes her a valuable asset in fostering community engagement and ensuring effective communication within both roles. 

Bobby Ard is an accomplished opera singer and a valued member of the Midwest City Rotary Club. Known for his exceptional vocal talent, Bobby has captivated audiences with his performances and his passion for the arts. Beyond his musical achievements, he is also recognized for his dedication to community service and making a positive impact through Rotary. With a warm personality and a commitment to helping others, Bobby truly embodies the spirit of friendship and service that the Midwest City Rotary Club stands for. 

Craig Cox’s journey into the roofing industry was inspired by a friend in insurance who started his own roofing company. With 15 years of insurance experience, he founded AEP Roofing in 2014, combining his knowledge of installation and insurance to serve homeowners and businesses effectively. His commitment to quality led to the successful expansion into commercial roofing in 2019 with the acquisition of Elite Roofing Systems. As a dedicated Rotarian, Craig prioritizes community service and strong relationships, helping clients navigate roofing needs and secure the best solutions within their budgets. His expertise in insurance eligibility and roof assessments allows him to advocate effectively for his clients, embodying the spirit of Rotary and making a positive impact in the community. 

Deena K. Fisher, a dedicated Rotarian and current president of the Oklahoma Historical Society, has been a board member since 2006. With a distinguished career as a dean/professor emeritus at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, she holds a doctorate in higher education administration and two master’s degrees. Deena’s commitment to education and community service shines through her involvement with various civic organizations, including the Citizens Advisory Board for William S. Key and the Hope Center Food Bank. Recognized for her contributions, she was inducted into the Journal Record’s Woman of the Year Circle of Excellence and received the Light of Rotary District Award. Currently serving as District Governor Nominee, she will become District Governor for 2022–23. Married to Tom, a retired educator, Deena proudly supports her four children and five grandchildren while continuing to inspire others through her leadership and service.

Dr. Rick Cobb has dedicated over three decades to education and is currently in his ninth year as Superintendent of Mid-Del Public Schools, where he drives innovation and excellence. His career began as an English teacher and volleyball coach, progressing through leadership roles in various districts before taking the helm at Mid-Del in 2015. A proud alumnus of the University of Oklahoma, he holds a Ph.D., a B.A., and a Master of Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Dr. Cobb’s commitment to education has garnered numerous accolades, including the Medal for Excellence from the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence. He is also an active member of the Midwest City Rotary Club. Residing in Midwest City with his wife, Inger, he is a devoted family man with three adult children who inspire him daily. 

 Dr. Roy Wood is the Dean of the District Leadership Academy (DLA) for the 2023-24 term, bringing a diverse background as an educator, executive, and Naval Officer. He served 24 years in the Navy, with roles on submarines and surface ships, and held key positions ashore, including project manager in a naval shipyard and operations officer for a high-energy laser weapon prototype. After retiring in 2001, he became a technical consultant for a major shipborne radar project and later joined the Bush administration as Assistant Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for International Technology Security. He also served as Dean and Vice President of the Defense Systems Management College at the Defense Acquisition University. In 2016, he became the Dean of Northeastern State University’s Broken Arrow Campus, where he actively participated in the Rotary Club. An avid runner and cyclist, Roy has completed numerous endurance events and enjoys reading and writing. 

Jack Werner has been a devoted member of the South Oklahoma City Rotary for over forty years, taking on nearly every leadership role. A Paul Harris Fellow with his daughter Lynn, he passionately advocates for individuals with disabilities, leading initiatives like a ropes course for disabled children at RYLA youth camp and a 5K Run for Mobility Worldwide, which provides mobility devices to those in need. He owns A to Z Inspections, a leading commercial and residential inspection company in Oklahoma City, and is a certified accessibility inspector recognized with the OKC Mayor’s Clearing the Path Award and NAHB's national Instructor of the Year award. Jack mentors others to lead fulfilling lives, always inviting them to join the Rotary family. A proud veteran, he served as a Russian linguist in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Jack shares his life with his partner, Suzanne, and cherishes time with his four adult children and six grandchildren. 

 James McQuillar is a dedicated library commissioner and a committed family man, known for his strong ties to the community. As a past president of the Midwest City Rotary Club, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a passion for service. James is deeply invested in promoting literacy and access to resources in the community, believing in the transformative power of libraries. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to fostering connections and improving the lives of those around him, making him a respected figure in both local and professional circles. 

Jamie Crowe exemplifies the spirit of Rotary through her unwavering dedication to service and leadership. As a past president and current board member of the South OKC Rotary Club and its foundation, she has tirelessly worked to foster community engagement and support initiatives that make a difference in the lives of others. Her recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow highlights her commitment to the Rotary ideals of service above self. Jamie's contributions, from organizing community events to advocating for those in need, showcase her passion for making a positive impact, making her a truly exceptional Rotarian. 

 Jeanean Jones is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 25 years of experience, currently a PhD candidate at UCO and Swansea University. She passionately leads the Health Alliance for the Uninsured, providing over 3,000 physician specialist services and $3.5 million in medication assistance annually to more than 15 free and charitable clinics in Central Oklahoma. Jeanean is also the founder of the Live Love Laugh Leadership International Conference and Speaker program, which emphasizes holistic health and leadership integration.

 Kassandra Segura, past president of Edmond Summit and current PR District Chair for District 5750, is an accomplished entrepreneur in the property management field. She has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional service, continuously innovating to enhance her business practices. Kassandra’s dedication to her work is matched by her commitment to her family, creating a supportive and nurturing environment at home. Her ability to balance professional achievements with personal values exemplifies the importance of strong relationships. As a respected leader in both her profession and community, Kassandra inspires those around her through her passion and dedication. 

Major General William P. Bowden served as the commander of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center at Tinker Air Force Base. After a distinguished military career, he transitioned to roles in economic development with the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and served as executive director of the Kirkpatrick Center museum complex. He was also involved in higher education as a regent at Rose State College and held leadership positions in various organizations, including president of the Last Frontier Boy Scout Council and past president of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma. Additionally, he was past commander of the Oklahoma City chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars and a member of the Advisory Board of the American Citizenship Center at Oklahoma Christian University. 

Matt Lohman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hope Outreach Ministries, an organization dedicated to addressing the unique needs of individuals in despair in Garfield County. With over 30 years of experience, Hope Outreach provides simple pathways to empower community heroes to bring hope to those who are unemployed, homeless, or in need of support, including parents and individuals transitioning out of prison. Under Matt's leadership, the organization continues to make a significant impact by equipping local heroes with the resources necessary to help families regain stability and hope. In addition to his role at Hope Outreach, Matt is the President of the Enid Rotary Club, where he embodies the spirit of service and community engagement. His commitment to uplifting those facing challenges reflects the mission of both organizations, creating positive change in the lives of many. 

 Nicholas Timme is a passionate Rotarian and a dedicated member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard, committed to exploring the powerful ripple effects of community service. His journey with Rotary began in the 2015-2016 year, inspired by a friend’s encouragement, which led him to spearhead impactful projects, such as the shoe initiative for fourth graders in Midwest City. Nick’s story exemplifies the significant change that small acts of kindness can create. His unwavering commitment to serving others extends beyond borders as he prepares for an upcoming deployment to Germany, where he plans to engage with local Rotary clubs and military civic organizations.
